First the answer to the question. What is a brand? The definition I use in my consulting work is: The place you hold in buyers’ minds based on their perceptions of the value your products or services provide.
That is the easy part. The hard part is the process of creating a favorable, unique brand in your buyers’ minds (my definition of branding).
